Return Policies

Beadsonsale.com.com proudly stands behind the products that we sell. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return your items for a full refund.  All returns must be made within 15 days after receipt of your order (in original condition).  Refund may take up to 25  business days after receipt to be processed. DO NOT SEND AND RETURN VIA CERTIFIED MAIL OR A METHODS THAT REQUIRES SIGNATURE (US POSTAL WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS A GOOD ALTERNATIVE).

If a coupon is used  for the purchase refund will be made of the original cost of the return item minus the pro-rated share of the coupon.For example if you made an order of 4 strands of beads each costs $10.00, the total amount of your order is $40.00.  You used a $10.00 coupon, so you only paid $30.00.  You decided to return on of the strands costs $10.00.  Your refund will be $7.50 ( here is the calculation $30/$40=0.75 x$10.00)

Return Instructions

Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging. Please send your returns in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice with the return items circled.  Write the amount of refund you want on the invoice.  We will not be able to precess the refund if you do not include any paper work.

For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you send your return package via USPS with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and will not credit you for these items. Items returned to us in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
